Sometimes what helps most is time with an experienced coach: someone to think things through with, before a difficult conversation, ahead of an appraisal, or simply to find your footing again. DSRMD Education offers standalone coaching sessions for both classroom teachers and school leaders. Sessions are booked individually, so you decide how much support you need and when. Who this is for Teachers wanting a confidential space to reflect on practice or a specific classroom challenge. Middle and senior leaders preparing for a difficult conversation, an appraisal, or a decision. Anyone who wants expert coaching without enrolling on a full pathway. What's included A confidential one-to-one session delivered live online via Teams, Google Meet, or your platform of choice; book a single session, or several, as your needs develop.
