6. Courses, payments and access via Whop

DSRMD Education does not process payments directly on this website.

All course purchases, payments, refunds and access to course content are handled through Whop.

When you purchase a course, you will be subject to Whop’s own terms and conditions and payment policies, in addition to these Terms.

We are not responsible for payment processing issues, account management or platform availability relating to Whop.

 

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our courses, including text, videos, graphics and learning materials, is owned by or licensed to DSRMD Education Ltd.

You may access course content for your personal learning and development only.

You must not:

  • share, resell or distribute course materials

  • record, reproduce, adapt or modify course content and frameworks without written permission

  • use content for commercial or training purposes outside your own learning

This protection applies whether materials are accessed through this website, downloadable resources, live training sessions or third party learning platforms.

6. Research Sources and Third Party Materials

• learning frameworks and models created by the organisation
• original training materials and written resources
• the synthesis, interpretation and professional application of research within programme delivery
While individual research sources may be publicly available, the integration, sequencing and professional application of those sources within DSRMD programmes constitute proprietary programme design owned by DSRMD Education Ltd.
 

7. Programme Framework Protection

The professional development frameworks, models and programme architecture used within DSRMD Education programmes form part of a proprietary learning methodology developed by DSRMD Education Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Guided Leadership System
• The Professional Capability Framework
• The Leadership Behaviour Framework
• The FAIR Clarity Framework
• Associated learning models, programme structures and pedagogical sequencing

While individual research sources referenced within programmes may be publicly available, the integration, interpretation, sequencing and professional application of those sources within DSRMD programmes constitute original intellectual property owned by DSRMD Education Ltd.

Participants and organisations may not:

• reproduce programme frameworks
• adapt frameworks for internal training delivery
• create derivative training materials based on programme models
• present the frameworks as their own work
• deliver workshops or training based on the programme structure

without prior written permission from DSRMD Education Ltd.

The structure, sequencing and pedagogical design of DSRMD programmes constitute proprietary programme architecture and may not be replicated or adapted for training delivery.

8. Programme Use Restrictions

Programme materials are provided for the registered participant only.

Users must not:

• share slides, videos, workbooks or course materials outside the programme
• reproduce programme frameworks or models
• record programme sessions without permission
• deliver training using programme materials

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution or adaptation of programme materials may result in removal from the programme and restriction of future access.

9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products and services provided, which include digital learning materials, online programmes and professional coaching, refunds are limited once access to programme content or services has begun.
Digital programmes and online courses
A refund may be requested only where:
• programme content has not been accessed
• no course materials have been downloaded
• the participant has not entered the learning platform
Once programme materials have been accessed, downloaded or used, the digital product is considered consumed and refunds will not be issued.
For programmes structured in modules or weekly sessions, refunds will not be available once more than 50 percent of the first module or week has been accessed.
Coaching services: The initial consultation is intended to provide a full overview of the coaching approach, expectations and programme structure. Participants who choose to proceed and book their first coaching session after the consultation acknowledge that they have received sufficient information about the nature and structure of the coaching service.
Once the initial consultation has taken place and a participant proceeds to book the first coaching session, the coaching service is considered accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Exceptional circumstances:
Refund requests outside these conditions may be considered at the discretion of DSRMD Education Ltd.
 

6. Accuracy of information

We aim to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, content is provided for general information only.

We do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate or current.

7. Limitation of liability

DSRMD Education Ltd provides professional development programmes designed to support teaching practice, leadership development, and wider professional learning. All programme content, coaching, courses, and website materials are educational in nature and are provided for learning and professional development purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, clinical, or other professional advice.

Participants are responsible for how they apply any ideas, strategies, or information provided through programmes or website materials within their own professional settings.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSRMD Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in programmes or the use of website materials. DSRMD Education Ltd is also not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content, technical issues or temporary unavailability of the website, or the use of third party platforms or external links.
