Service Description

A confidential, expertly guided 12-week coaching and development programme for leaders identified as at risk of underperforming or significant performance concerns. This pathway provides structured reflection, targeted professional development, and practical leadership coaching — designed to restore focus, fairness, and confidence. The Guided Leadership Renewal Programme supports leaders through a period of professional difficulty with empathy and objectivity. Participants work with an experienced DSRMD leadership coach to diagnose the core challenges, rebuild professional credibility, and re-establish effective leadership practice in line with school or trust expectations. Each plan is fully developmental, not disciplinary — combining online CPD, one-to-one coaching, and structured feedback cycles aligned with the Framework for Professional Excellence (FPE) and the Headteachers’ Standards. Ideal for: • Senior or middle leaders identified as at risk of underperforming. • Line managers seeking to demonstrate meaningful, evidence-based support before escalation. Includes: • Diagnostic review and personal development planning. • 6 one-to-one coaching sessions with reflective tasks. • Online professional learning modules (ethics, culture, communication, team resilience). Duration: Fixed 12-week pathway. Follow-up: Optional 6-month reflective supervision cycle or monthly check-ins to sustain progress and confidence.
