Ideal for aspiring and newly appointed curriculum and pastoral leaders facing an unfamiliar responsibility for the first time. A blended CPD and coaching course designed to build leadership confidence and competence. We help teachers transition successfully into leadership by developing practical skills in communication, team management, curriculum and pastoral oversight, and data-informed improvement.
