Preparation and early success in new roles. A blended CPD and coaching course designed to build leadership confidence and competence. We help teachers transition successfully into leadership by developing practical skills in communication, team management, curriculum oversight, and data-informed improvement. Ideal for: • new or aspiring middle and senior leaders. Includes: • online modules • coaching sessions • leadership toolkit. Duration: Minimum 1 school term • Ideal 12 months Follow-up: Monthly leadership coaching and access to an online peer network.
